Sweet Pea (Ruffles) and Punkin (Rinka) adopted by foster mom
Ruffles and Rinka, now known as Sweet Pea and Punkin. I decided to foster kittens after the passing of my 15 year old Husky/Shep mix Paws. I thought I could handle giving the kittens away to great homes more readily than if I fostered puppies. J Well little did I know that when I took in 6 orphans, 3 sets of siblings, that these little gray fluff balls would steal my heart. They looked a mess when I 1st saw them all. After getting all 6 settled into a bathroom, 4 went exploring in the kitchen. These 2 didn’t want to leave my side. They were the smallest of the 6 and the least adventurous……….at 1st. These 2 love to snuggle and climb on you. They greet me every morning and follow me downstairs to see their new sister, a puppy named Taylor. I never knew fostering could be so rewarding. I saw these 2 grow up from 4 week old skinny and scared orphans, to the adventurous purr boxes they are now. We are all happy with the outcome of this foster adventure!
